Our Global People Solutions team aims to create a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. We focus on developing efficient, simple processes and systems, maximizing technology use.
We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the roadmap, design, implementation, and maintenance of Resourcing and Talent solutions globally. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, strategic insight, and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning system capabilities with complex business needs and improving processes across Oracle and other talent solutions.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Leadership
* Define and own the Resourcing and Talent product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
* Monitor industry trends, product updates, and competitors to inform product evolution.
* Play a key role in the Oracle Refresh program, ensuring system challenges are addressed and Oracle remains the single global platform for people data and processes.
1. Product Ownership & Technical Expertise
* Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle Talent Management, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
* Partner with vendors and internal teams for releases, configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
* Ensure architecture aligns with standards and data governance.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
* Serve as liaison between business, IT, and vendors for Talent initiatives.
* Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery oversight.
* Drive system adoption, change management, and provide updates to leadership.
3. Support
* Collaborate with team members to address queries and issues.
* Act as point of contact for escalated issues.
4. Team Management & Leadership
* Manage a team of product owners/analysts.
* Translate business strategies into actionable deliverables.
* Oversee roadmaps, epics, and user stories.
* Promote value-driven outcomes, coach team members, and support their development.
Qualifications include significant experience in product management within Oracle HCM Cloud, focus on Oracle Learn and Talent Management, and experience with HR solutions like Smart Recruiters & Betterworks (preferred but not mandatory). Proven success in delivering large-scale HR solutions globally, strong business acumen, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and familiarity with Agile methodologies are essential.
