?? WhatYoullBe Doing

As ourMechanical Maintenance Fitter, you will:

• Respond swiftly and safely to plant breakdowns, delivering high-quality repairs
• Implement permanent solutions for temporary fixes to improve long-term reliability
• Drive enhancements in plant performance and proactive maintenance
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and support root cause analysis to prevent reoccurring failures

?? WhatWereLooking For

Yourean experienced mechanical maintenance professional with a passion for engineering excellence.Youllbring:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar maintenance role, including fabrication and welding
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practiceshydraulics and pneumatics experience a plus
• Apprentice-trained Level 3, ONC/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with TPM methodology, Continuous Improvement, and predictive maintenance
• Experience using CMMS systems and confidence in Root Cause Analysis
• A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
