Key Responsibilities Log and manage service requests via phone/email Schedule and dispatch engineers based on urgency and location Coordinate daily diaries and logistical support Communicate with clients, providing updates and resolving queries Support engineers and ensure equipment is ordered/booked Schedule services, quoted works, faults, and revisits Close completed jobs and assist with reporting Log complaints and assist with key account support Follow service procedures and suggest process improvements This role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
