ABOUT THE ROLE:
A Facilities Electrical Technician role working within the facilities management function of one of the key Client portfolios. The Facilities Electrical Technician is responsible for performing routine reactive and preventative building maintenance tasks.
This can include tasks in one or more fields for example, carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry and fabric repairs. Delivering day to day support to ensure the smooth running of our facilities service providing exceptional customer experience within our Client sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work collaboratively with the on-site facilities team to ensure planned reactive and preventative tasks are complete.
Responsible for operations of M&E equipment (e.g. UPS, CRAC, generator, BMS,, Power Distribution System, Air-conditioner in Office, Fire Alarm System, Water protection system and Drainage Systems) to ensure compliance with HSE and statutory requirements.
Supervise maintenance work executed by Vendors to ensure safe and quality works are delivered
Provide a first line fix and competency in terms of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, kitchen power issues.
