📍 The Role
* Location: Southampton, Hampshire
* Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
* Hours: Full-time
* Pay: £14.70 per hour
* Schedule: Mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support for events

🍴 Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in daily operations
* Motivate the team to maintain high standards
* Ensure food safety and allergen controls are met
* Contribute to creative menu planning
* Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service
* Assist with school events and functions
👤 About You
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in contract catering, ideally in education or B&I settings
* Passionate about fresh, seasonal food
* Strong attention to detail and food safety standards
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Flexible and proactive approach
