The Director of Quantity Surveying Role
As a result of continuing growth and client demand, this firm has an exceptional new opportunity for a Director of Cost Consultancy to grow the service line and deliver work for their clients.
Working with high-profile investor, institutional logistics, and retail clients, the Director of Quantity Surveying will collaborate with the Senior Director to lead the Quantity Surveying service line. You will forge strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing market-leading consultancy advice.
As well as working to develop and grow the discipline across the company, the incoming Director of Quantity Surveying will work with existing clients to deliver on a range of high-profile projects across several sectors, including industrial, office, residential, purpose-built student accommodation and build to rent.
You will maintain and further develop client relationships and diversify the range of our current service offering, as well as progressing your own career.

The Director of Quantity Surveying
The successful Director of Quantity Surveying will have:
1. A relevant construction related degree qualification
2. MRICS
3. A successful track record building and managing teams
4. A successful track record or business development & winning new business
5. A strong Quantity Surveying background within a UK Consultancy
6. Personable and confident with industry contacts
7. Existing cost consultancy client base with potential to generate new work and introductions
