About the Role: Deliver stimulating Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Teach confidently within your science specialism, tailoring lessons to accommodate the diverse needs of learners. Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE examinations, emphasizing both subject knowledge and exam strategies. Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support continuous academic growth. The ideal candidate will: Hold QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification in Science (candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant experience may also be considered). Proven experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools, with a demonstrated ability to enhance student achievement. Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum, especially in your specialist area. Excellent classroom management skills, capable of engaging and supporting students with diverse abilities and needs.
