About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced D6 Dozer Operator with GPS experience for a long-term project based in the PL7 area of Plymouth. This role offers stable work on a major site with an 18-month programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating a D6 Dozer with GPS machine control safely and efficiently
* Carrying out grading and earthworks to specification using GPS systems
* Working closely with site engineers and groundworks teams
* Conducting daily machine inspections and reporting faults or maintenance needs
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with site health and safety requirements
Requirements
* Proven experience operating D6 Dozers
* Experience using GPS machine control systems
* Valid CPCS or NPORS Dozer Operator ticket
* Previous experience on earthworks, construction, or infrastructure projects
* Good understanding of site safety procedures
* Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
