Our client, a growingconsumer goods manufacturer, is looking for a Project Analyst / Assistant to join their team. This new role has come about due to continued growth and will suit someone with a few years’ project experience who’s ready to take the next step.
The Role
They are looking for a Project Coordinator to support system implementation projects. This role will involve working closely with the Project Manager and wider business teams to map processes, support data preparation, and assist with project delivery activities.

Essential Experience
* Experience in process mappingand documenting workflows
* Strong skills in data analysis and validation
* Ability to break down complex processes into clear steps
* Comfortable working with different teams to gather information
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
* Create and document as-isand to-beprocess maps
* Work with stakeholders to understand current workflows
* Identify process gaps and elevate where needed
* Validate and prepare data for system migration
* Support testing, including data checks and defect logging
* Assist with go-live preparation and post-implementation checks
* Provide general project support, including running meetings when required
