Customer Service Advisors
Join Our Growing Team
Our client is expanding and are looking for driven, confident Customer Service Advisors to join their busy, friendly team.
You’ll handle both incoming and outgoing calls to existing customers, always delivering great service and a positive experience.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Taking inbound calls and processing customer orders
2. Making outbound calls to offer products or support services
3. Handling questions on deliveries, products and general queries
4. Upselling where appropriate
5. Taking ownership of issues and seeing them through
6. Working towards clear performance goals
7. Managing workloads in a fast‑paced environment
What we’re looking for:
8. Someone who learns quickly, takes initiative and looks for continuous improvement
9. A team player who can think beyond their own workload
10. Strong organisation and time‑management skills
11. Confident communicator—both on the phone and in writing
12. Comfortable using computers and telecommunications systems
