Job Description: Lead Client Service Provider
Job Type:Full-Time, Permanent | Rotational Schedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
Location:London, UK (base) with travel to France, the US, and other worldwide locations.
Start Date: Mid June, 2025
Salary:£65,000 - £70,000 gross per year, plus private medical cover and company pension.
Accommodation: Applicants must be based in London, UK. (Accommodation, food, and travel costs are provided while traveling with the family)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Client Service Provider to provide exceptional service to a high-net-worth individual and their family across luxury residences in London, Paris, New York, and other global locations. This role is ideal for a UK-based female professional with a background in private estates, superyachts, or similar UHNW settings. The position requires a passion for delivering five-star, anticipatory, and intuitive service while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding, anticipatory service tailored to the needs of a high profile family.
* Collaborate with House Managers, chefs, and housekeepers to ensure seamless operation and service delivery.
* Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 by setting an example of excellence in luxury service.
* Organize and manage inventory, including table linens, silverware, and service ware.
* Oversee and execute event preparations and client service requests, ensuring impeccable delivery.
* Handle tasks such as food service, butler duties, wardrobe organization, floral arrangements, and guest care.
* Resolve service issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
* Continuously seek ways to innovate and enhance the client experience.
Schedule
* Peak Season (December, June, July, August): High travel demand, one day off per week, with shifts from 7 am–5 pm or 11 am–9 pm. Accommodation, food, and travel costs are provided.
* Off-Peak: Two weeks on standby, followed by two weeks off. Standby duties may require availability for at least half of the on-period, with shifts following peak-season schedules.
Candidate Profile
* Essential Requirements:
o Previous experience in private estates, superyachts, or related luxury service environments.
o Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
o Discretion, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
o Fluent English, well-spoken, and impeccably presented.
o Right to live and work in the UK with excellent references.
* Ideal Background:
o Previous experience working for Royal Families or in high-profile roles such as ex-stewardess, butler, or cabin crew.
o Passion for delivering luxury service and the flexibility to travel extensively.
