Maintenance Project Co-Ordinator – Newark – £25,000 - £27,500
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with market leading company going through a period of growth, who are actively seeking a Maintenance Project Co-Ordinator to join their team. This role would suit someone with experience in ideally a project and construction environment.

Maintenance Project Co-Ordinator Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls to the operations department in a prompt and polite manner and managing the operations inbox and ensure that all emails are responded to in a timely manner
Project managing new orders effectively, from point of order for maintenance contracts, system assessments, site visits and remedial works
Co-ordinating projects whilst on site to ensure good time and cost management for company, profit and engineers health and safety
Working closely with the commercial project co-ordinator on a daily basis
Liaising with the sales estimators, manufacturing team, engineering and finance teams to deliver projects to requirements
Booking hotels and travel within budget
Planning for visits, aiming for full diaries at least 4 weeks in advance
Ordering parts required for arrival in time for engineers stocking their vans for the week ahead
Ensuring that engineers are fully prepared the week co-ordinate and plan engineers’ diaries
Sending health and safety paperwork to the client and complete any relevant paperwork or client documentation prior to our visit
Co-ordinating deliveries to and from the office, or the clients’ sites directly, for stock needed for your orders
Updating and maintaining work orders in PSA to ensure the status is current
Co-ordinating sub-contractors to carry out work on our behalf
Required skills & experience:
Experience scheduling jobs, visits, deliveries or people
Experience using Google maps (or similar) to search locations and create routes with multiple stop points
Experience of working with Technical Products
Experience of working with CRMs
