Target Operating Model Design Consultant – Retail Financial Services, London
Our client is looking for an Organisation-wide Target Operating Model Design Consultant to work with them, translating the Organisational Design through to an Operational Target Operating Model. Your background will likely be in one of the Big 4 consultancies and with Retail Financial Services experience. The organisation has already created Org Design – now a consultant will design the TOM and then work with them to implement it.

Location & Compensation
Location: Mainly remote, with travel to the client’s offices for meetings (London / South East).
Compensation: £800-£1000 per day (inside IR35).
