Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Runcorn, working across KS3–KS5.
Role Overview
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide personalised and adaptable support to students with a range of SEN needs.
* Assist in delivering tailored interventions and classroom support.
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to ensure inclusive learning.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Requirements
* Previous experience working with SEN students in a secondary setting.
* Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting learning.
