We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to take full responsibility for the dealership’s day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive leader to shape the business, inspire a talented team, and drive continued growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all departments including Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration.

Achieve and exceed volume, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.

Oversee financial performance, budgets, and key KPIs.
*
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and internal policies.
*
Develop, coach, and motivate management teams to deliver excellence across the business.
*
Maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and key stakeholders.
*
Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and outstanding customer care.
About You:

Proven track record as a General Manager, Dealer Principal, or senior leader within a franchised main dealer.
*
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of dealership operations.
*
Inspirational leadership style with excellent people management skills.
*
Ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and deliver results.
*
A customer-first mindset and a commitment to brand standards.
