Overview
We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to supervise classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher, implement work programmes, manage pupil behaviour, and assist pupils in relevant activities. You will work under the guidance of teaching and senior staff to secure good outcomes for all students. In addition, you will actively promote the academy’s values and assist teaching staff in narrowing the gap between disadvantaged and other children. The post would suit a graduate or someone looking to gain experience to pursue a teaching career. This is an exciting time to join the academy and a great opportunity to be involved in the next stage of development of this strong team.
