We’re currently recruiting Inclusion Support Assistants to work across schools in Hinkley, supporting pupils who may need additional help to engage with learning and school life.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll be helping create a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for children and young people with a range of additional needs.
Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on the needs of the school.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN or within a similar support-based role
* Are patient, calm, and approachable
* Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Are passionate about helping young people thrive in education
Experience in education, care, youth work, or support work is highly valued.

⏰ Hours: Full-time / Part-time opportunities available
💷 Pay: £92.63 - £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
