Are you an organised, proactive team player with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? We are currently working with our client looking for a Service Coordinator to join their Service department, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting their Small Works and Logistics team.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating service cases across EMEA, liaising with customers and engineers.
Maintaining service records and keeping stakeholders informed.
Organising annual preventive maintenance visits and producing related documentation.
Preparing invoices and tracking fulfilments for service and small works.
Creating sales estimates for repairs and small works using NetSuite (CRM).
Supporting the Service Manager and engineers with administrative tasks.
Researching and booking travel and accommodation.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
Experience with NetSuite or Oracle ERP (a plus, not a must).
Ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to learn and get involved wherever needed.The client is looking for some to join as soon as possible, so a handover can be provided, so an immediate start is preferable.
