We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and maintaining efficient office processes. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
£20 ph on a self employed basis
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings for team members
* Process invoices
* Organise files, documents, and office supplies to enhance efficiency
* Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
* Previous clerical experience is required
