The Role — Lead End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation
As a Principal Oracle SCM Solution Architect, you will be the strategic authority for designing and delivering Oracle SCM Cloud solutions across large‑scale, multi‑country transformation programmes—particularly within manufacturing‑led organisations. This role requires a T‑shaped leader with deep expertise across core SCM and Manufacturing modules, combined with the ability to architect across Finance, PPM, Procurement, Logistics, and Analytics. You will shape how organisations plan, manufacture, source, and distribute in a modern, cloud‑first environment.
What You’ll Be Trusted To Do
Lead solution architecture for complex SCM and Manufacturing transformations
Design end‑to‑end processes across Plan‑to‑Produce, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Order‑to‑Cash
Engage C‑suite stakeholders to define supply chain strategy and roadmaps
Define target operating models for manufacturing and supply chain functions
Lead integration, data, and reporting strategies across the enterprise landscape
Guide multi‑disciplinary teams across functional and technical delivery
Drive operational efficiency, resilience, and innovation across supply chains
Mentor and develop the next generation of Oracle SCM consultants
Qualifications – Expertise & Experience
Extensive experience delivering Oracle SCM Cloud, including:
Manufacturing (Discrete / Process)
Supply Planning & Demand Management
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Procurement & Sourcing
Order Management & Logistics
Proven track record leading large‑scale, multi‑country transformation programmes
Strong understanding of integrated ERP landscapes, including Finance and Projects
Experience with integration (OIC), reporting (OTBI/OAC/FDI), and data migration strategies
Strong capability in business process design and operational transformation
Ability to influence and engage at C‑suite level
Strong commercial awareness and experience shaping business cases and value realisation
Desirable
Experience in manufacturing industries (e.g., industrial, automotive, life sciences, FMCG)
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
Broader ERP exposure (e.g., SAP, legacy manufacturing systems)
