Please submit your application before midnight on Sunday 11th January 2026.

As a Real Estate Litigation paralegal, you will:

In particular: creation of first draft client documentation; generation of suitable client care correspondence; maintaining key client relationships; drafting of petition/court documentation; attendance at routine meetings/hearings plus minute taking responsibilities.
3. Deal with routine client enquiries and communications wherever possible.
4. General administrative tasks to support fee earners including monthly reporting on cases for client purposes and invoicing of files.
5. Deputise for fee earners in their absence if necessary, passing urgent issues to another senior fee earner for guidance.
6. Use the telephone to allow for quick response answers/client chasers.
7. Provide support to other fee earners in various departments as and when required.

We are looking for:

8. Hold a Law Degree or Law Conversion qualification with a minimum of 2:1 classification.

12. Be able to quickly identify clients’ needs and always provide excellent service.
13. Effectively prioritise tasks based on importance and urgency.
14. Build strong working relationships with colleagues across multiple departments.

We offer hybrid working options at Walker Morris; however, a commitment to office-based working is beneficial in this role, as it enables you to provide a comprehensive service to clients.

Some of our benefits include:

15. £26,228 per annum rising to £27,228 after 1-year.
16. Annual performance-based bonus scheme.
17. Minimum of 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays per year increasing to 31 days with length of service, with the opportunity to buy up to 5 days holiday per year.
