Regulatory Lawyer: Fitness to Practise, London/Hybrid, 3–5 years' PQE, GBP 55,000–GBP 65,000.

The Role
The appointed lawyer will manage a caseload of complex, high-risk investigations, overseeing cases through the full Fitness to Practice process while providing guidance to paralegals. Key responsibilities include:
* conducting investigations, gathering and analysing evidence, assessing risk, preparing cases for hearings, and offering legal advice
* building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external legal providers, registrants, their representatives, and witnesses
The Candidate
Applicants should be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or CILEX lawyer with 3–5 years' PQE, experienced in conducting investigations and preparing cases for hearings, with expertise in regulatory law and evidence rules, and skilled at communicating complex matters clearly.
