Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Ringwood, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will assess workplace environments, identify risks, and recommend preventative measures. You will conduct accident investigations, deliver safety training sessions, and ensure compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards. Additionally, you will maintain documentation and reports related to occupational health and safety practices to support organizational safety objectives.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS).
* Proficiency in Occupational Health practices and Accident Investigation processes.
* Ability to deliver effective Safety Training tailored to different audiences.
* Strong organizational and communication skills to document processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
* Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH qualification are highly desirable.
* Understanding of industry-specific safety standards is an advantage.
* Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid work setting.
