Due to team expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified rural surveyor to join a well-respected Consultancy Team.
You’ll be responsible for valuation and consultancy work across Yorkshire, Cumbria and the North East for a range of rural and prime residential assets.
You’ll be based out of their York office, and your focus will be in the following areas:
loan security, taxation, probate and estate planning.
Consultancy work including landlord and tenant matters, for a mixture of rural, commercial and residential properties.
Wining new instructions from banks, solicitors, accountants and private clients.
Application of basic tax law.
high quality written reports, including Red Book valuations.
Driving licence.
