Summary:
Senior HR Advisor
FIXED TERM CONTRACT 18 MONTHS
Hull
* Working in an established and supportive HR team reporting to the HR Manager
* A large business where internal development and progression is important
* A fast paced and hands on role giving you exposure to a varied position
* A good split of generalist HR with 30/40% covering employee relations case load
* Daily contact with all levels of staff needing a confident HR professional
* Ability and appetite to work on a variety of projects
* Supporting managers and offering coaching where required
* Recruitment and selection support to line managers and assisting with Interviews when
* Site based role
This role is to start as soon as possible but would wait for the right candidate.
