As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering proactive and people-focused HR solutions across the Trust. Working closely with the Head of HR and senior leadership teams, you will act as a trusted advisor — guiding managers through complex employee relations issues, supporting workforce planning and resourcing strategies, and driving positive change through people-focused projects and initiatives. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team, working alongside one other HR Business Partner and two HR Administrators.
