Our client requires a Contracts Manager to oversee projects up to the value of £8-10M, based in and around the York / Harrogate / Leeds area, but this role will involve some travel between sites further afield. We require someone with experience in construction and contractually, with strong health and safety values, who has been there and done it, so they can bring their experience to the role and help others problem solve and use initiative. This will also involve client-facing interactions, so we require a good communicator with a pleasant, but decisive and confident mannerism for this role. IT skills are essential.
