Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
* Drive sourcing and procurement activities on assigned commodities to deliver a competitive advantage and apply best practices towards operational excellence.
* Drive supply base to 100% on-time delivery.
* Work cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive cost, delivery, quality, and supplier development
* Ensure supplier qualifications are complete to ensure fulfillment, cost out & single source supplier reduction.
* Maintain accurate cycle times, drive cycle reductions on key parts for positive cash & inventory.
* Manage and facilitate daily/weekly conference calls with suppliers
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 3 years of experience in Sourcing).
Desired Characteristics
* Experience with SAP ERP tools
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
* Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
* Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
* Effective problem identification and solution skills.
* Relevant sourcing or equivalent experience.
* Planning / Customer fulfillment background is an advantage
* Lean or Six Sigma Certified

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $82,900.00 and $138, The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
