Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS throughout the nursery.
* Embed and uphold company policies and procedures.
* Facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and implement recommendations.
* Promote a key person approach to foster secure attachments for children.
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's developmental stages.
* Encourage a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice.
* Address complaints or concerns promptly and inform senior management.
* Maintain accurate records on the EyMan system and in files.
* Engage in nursery publications, advertising, and marketing activities.
* Foster positive relationships with your team through an approachable manner.

Requirements:
* Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
* Essential: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years.
* Essential: Strong knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
* Essential: Over 1 year of management experience.
* Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership.
* Desirable: Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a Good or Outstanding level.
