About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Living Wall Installation Supervisor to lead the delivery of our green wall systems on sites across the UK. You'll be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring safe working practices, and delivering high-quality installations that meet client expectations.
While experience working specifically with living walls is desirable, we also welcome applications from candidates with cladding or similar construction backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and lead a small team installing living wall systems, including BioPanel and PlantBox
2. Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety
3. Follow and enforce risk assessments and method statements
4. Liaise effectively with site contractors and report progress to project managers
5. Deliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with KPIs
6. Maintain accurate records and support project handovers
What We're Looking For
Essential:
7. Construction site experience
8. Comfortable working at height and on active building sites
9. Full UK driving licence
10. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
11. Good communication and coordination skills
12. Willingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays and early starts
Desirable (training can be provided):
13. Previous experience with living walls or cladding systems
14. SSSTS, IPAF and PASMA certifications
15. Knowledge of horticulture and irrigation systems
