New Car Sales Manager required in Bristol.
1. £40,000 basic salary with £56,000+ uncapped annual earnings and company car.
2. 45 hour week with weekends on a rotational basis, with 1 in 2 full weekends off!
A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a New Car Sales Manager at our client's multi-franchise approved car dealership in Bristol!

Reporting to the senior management team and responsible for a dedicated team of New Car Sales Executives, your key job objectives will include:
3. Leading, coaching, and supporting the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
4. Championing outstanding customer satisfaction by ensuring best practices are followed and customer feedback is valued.
5. Creating and delivering engaging sales events and campaigns that generate strong commercial results.
6. Staying in tune with customer needs and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies.
7. Collaborating with other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
In order to be eligible, previous experience at a Sales Manager level within franchise-approved car dealership will be an advantage, but our clients are also looking for dynamic, proven Business Managers who are looking for the next step in their career. You will become the role model for our client's brand, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver. Delighting customers is what sets our client apart, and being prepared to lead from the front is a key requirement. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
