Responsibilities
1. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and compliant.
2. Manage journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
3. Prepare VAT Returns.
4. Support the preparation of management accounts, project costing reports, and other financial documents.
5. Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounts assistant or similar role, ideally within the construction industry.
6. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical skills.
7. Be proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, Coins) and Microsoft Excel.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
