As the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the availability of all inbound materials and components to support the manufacturing of high-complexity, high-value technology products
* Developing and managing supply plans aligned with production schedules and project timelines
* Collaborating with global suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, resolve potential bottlenecks, and proactively manage risks
* Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels to balance availability with working capital targets
* Leading continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance supply chain responsiveness
* Working closely with global and quality teams to maintain high supplier performance standards
* Developing KPIs and reporting tools to monitor supply chain performance and support data-informed decision-making
* Supporting product lifecycle transitions, including new product introductions and engineering changes
Qualifications and experience required:
* Proven experience in a supply chain management role, ideally within a complex manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of material planning, supplier management, and inventory control
* Experience in demand forecasting and demand planning skills
* Ability to manage global supply networks and high-mix, low-volume production models
* Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools
