Develop long term profitable relationships with existing advertisers Lead negotiations on commercial deals with existing clients (CPC, CPA, % revenue share). Sell additional exposure packages (native tenancies, email & branded content) Acquire new relationships with leading financial services providers and their agencies. Analyse performance data to make informed recommendations to our advertisers Represent Finder at industry events and across social media (Linkedin) Work with our team to maximise conversions for advertisers campaigns. Work with our media team to help establish sustainable campaigns. Innovate and improve our current strategies, tactics and processes. This role reports to the Head of Performance UK (Client Services). Skills and Experience: To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable working autonomously, happily taking ownership of key client relationships, be confident negotiating commercial terms and be across all the details of your client’s campaigns. This role would suit a; Account Executive, Account Manager, Account Director, Performance Manager, Partnership Manager or Affiliate Manager. Proven experience in account management or business development. Understanding of affiliate marketing and performance campaigns. Experience with personal finance clients is an advantage. Natural relationship-builder. Enthusiasm for new business development. Confident in analysing campaign click, conversion and yield data. Organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Confident and excellent communicator with keen attention to detail. Degree or equivalent experience.
