The job you will be doing
* General customer service duties
* Answering inbound calls
* Data entry input into spreadsheets and internal systems
* Photocopying
* Scanning and filing
* Chasing up orders
* Any other general admin tasks as required
About You
* Previous customer service or administrative experience
* Computer literate
* Proficient in Excel packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Able to work alone or as part of a team
