Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Leadership: Lead the development, approval, and execution of the Digital Solutions division's overall strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision. Own the full product strategy, including market positioning, innovation, and competitive advantage.
2. Market Expansion & M&A: Identify and drive new market opportunities for growth and lead inorganic growth strategies (M&A) in alignment with the division's vision. Oversee the continuous evaluation of market dynamics to ensure the division remains at the forefront of innovation and sector leadership.
3. Team Leadership & Development: Build and nurture high-performing teams across product streams, fostering innovation and empowering teams to challenge the status quo. Provide mentorship, development opportunities, and a clear leadership pathway for the next generation of leaders.
4. Product Innovation & Execution: Develop and execute innovative product strategies, ensuring that roadmaps are aligned with both customer needs and long-term business objectives. Continuously improve product offerings to maintain market leadership and meet evolving customer demands.
5. Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between the Digital Solutions division and other major divisions to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment across the business. Strengthen internal relationships to maximize business performance and product integration.
6. Global Market Analysis: Lead global market analysis initiatives to identify emerging trends, threats, and growth opportunities. Regularly monitor global market dynamics and competitor positioning to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to align product offerings with market needs. Advocate for the division's strategy, promote the product portfolio, and foster customer loyalty.
