This creative agency with offices in Harrogate is seeking to appoint an Account Manager for a 12-18-month maternity contract. As an Account Manager you will grow the business by building successful, long-term customer relationships. Your focus will be to satisfy customer needs and requests, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner, and deliver a positive customer experience. With excellent communication and negotiation skills, the successful Account Manager will be customer-service orientated and be able to join this team before the end of October.
