An exciting position has arisen for a Junior Application Support Analyst to join the CDS Support team, primarily providing CODAS subject matter expertise to our growing customer base across Support and Implementation Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Become a CODAS Subject Matter Expert
* Provide application support to clients via telephone, email and remote access
* Diagnose incidents and assess priority
* Assist on new customer implementations
* Implement functionality for existing customers
* Create internal and external training and documentation
