Job Introduction
We are looking for a Case Management Knowledge Lead to join our dedicated team in the Knowledge and Information Service to support the implementation of a new social care case management system. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city though playing a key role in the successful implementation of the new system.
The main responsibilities of this role:
* Support an established project team with expert input on data migration and reporting requirements, ensuring the new Adult Social Care Case Management System is co-developed, quality assured, and effectively embedded across services.
* Champion the use of core systems across Adult Social Care, inspiring teams to adopt digital tools that help manage service demand and improve operational efficiency.
* Lead and develop the analyst team's technical capability and approach, supporting their transition to the new system while ensuring continuity in business-as-usual activities.
