Duties:
Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their vehicle requirements
Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers
Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently
Provide outstanding after-sales service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales processes
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to assist customers effectively
Requirements:
Valid UK driving licence
Previous experience in car sales or a similar customer-facing sales role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, confident, and customer-focused manner
Genuine passion for cars and knowledge of the automotive industry
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market conditions
A proactive approach to customer service and relationship building
