We're recruiting on behalf of a growing tech company in Birmingham for a Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to split your time between the office and home while driving marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Role Overview:
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to support the company's growth. This role is channel-agnostic, covering digital, traditional, and creative campaigns as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive growth.
* Plan and manage campaigns across digital, print, events, and other relevant channels.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
* Analyse performance data and optimize campaigns to improve results.
* Support and mentor junior marketing team members.
