Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 basic + OTE £100,000+

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving new business – from generating enquiries to collaborating with engineers to deliver bespoke automation and production system solutions. You'll lead the entire sales process, from concept through to final quotation, in a highly consultative, technical sales environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in selling bespoke automation systems, capital equipment, or complex engineering solutions
* Strong understanding of technical/engineering concepts (ideally educated to HNC/HND level or time-served engineer)
* Ability to engage clients at all levels and identify tailored solutions
* Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills
* Experience with ISO 9001:2000 quality systems is advantageous
