This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years equivalent post qualified experience in permanent contract/s. About the team This team is responsible for dealing with the most vulnerable and in need of protection children in the borough. The service covers children in need, child Protection and Children in care cases. Working proactively, with a child-centred approach to each case is vital to ensure successful case progression. The team pride themselves on their ability to effectively and efficiently make decisions on cases at all stages of crisis intervention. About you A degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in permanent contracts is essential in order to be considered for this position. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a children&x2019;s frontline safeguarding Social Work team as well as key experience in initial court proceedings. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are essential for this role.
