As an Operations Assistant, you will support the Operations Manager in providing an effective, efficient, and comprehensive service. This includes supporting face-to-face enrolment sessions and exams, answering telephone calls, emails, and queries from learners, employers, and staff using relevant software to maintain accurate records.

Relevant Experience
* Recent experience in administration or funding-related roles
* Experience in the education sector is an advantage
