4. Supporting supplier conversations and contract negotiations
5. Working with colleagues across departments to understand their needs and offer solutions
6. Ensuring supplier relationships are handled ethically and professionally
What We're Looking For:
7. Experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
8. A strong communicator with good organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Comfortable working with different teams and managing multiple priorities
10. A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a new area
11. A graduate degree is ideal, but not essential
12. MCIPS qualification (or working towards it) is a plus, but not required
