Moor Park Requires a Leisure Assistant
Leisure Assistants are responsible for pool discipline and maintaining constant vigilance of bathers' activities.
The successful candidate will be required to:
1. Ensure that cleaning and inspection processes are followed throughout the day to maintain a safe and clean environment.
2. Keep up-to-date with the facilities' programme and requirements of a multi-use facility.
3. Maintain current knowledge of products, sales procedures, and activities.
4. Maintain training hours in accordance with NPLQ guidelines and keep their NPLQ qualification current.
5. Present a professional appearance at all times with a clean uniform, name badge, and tidy appearance.
6. Provide excellent customer service and adhere to the staff pledge.
7. Complete membership 'show rounds' as needed, with the aim of signing up new members.
8. Ensure all equipment is safe, available, and correctly set up for customer use.
9. Accurately complete all required paperwork daily.
