Sales Geek Scotland is expanding – and we're on the hunt for a sharp, values-led sales leader to join our team in the East of the Central Belt.
We do things differently here. Our team blends real-world sales leadership with hands-on delivery, coaching, and community-building. We support ambitious SMEs to scale their sales, sharpen their strategy and embed repeatable results. And we do it without the usual sales nonsense.
This is an employed role with a clear path to becoming a business partner – including the potential for future investment and ownership within Sales Geek Scotland.
You'll thrive here if you:
• Have senior sales leadership experience (Sales Director / Head of Sales level)
• Love helping businesses grow – not just selling, but building strategy and capability
• Want variety, flexibility, and a platform to grow your own influence and impact
• Are based in or around Edinburgh, Fife, Falkirk or Stirling
• Believe sales should be done ethically, practically, and with real human connection
The role includes:
• Acting as a Fractional Sales Director across multiple client businesses
• Developing and leading sales strategies and teams
• Delivering high-impact mentoring, consultancy, and training
• Building your own portfolio of SME clients with our support
• Becoming a recognised and respected voice in the local business community
