Experienced Heating and Plumbing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber / Heating Engineer with a strong background in heating system installations to join our growing team. This role focuses on the installation of heat pumps, underfloor heating, radiator systems, and hot water storage systems in domestic and commercial settings.
About the Role
You'll work closely with our experienced technical staff and on-site engineers to deliver high-quality heating system installations. While prior experience with heat pumps is an advantage, comprehensive training and support will be provided to the right candidate. We also invest in our team with manufacturer-led training and help you gain relevant technical qualifications .
Key Responsibilities
Installation of heat pumps (air source and/or ground source)
Setting up underfloor heating and traditional radiator systems
Installing and commissioning hot water storage systems
Collaborating with office-based technical support and on-site engineers
Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
Proven experience in plumbing and heating installations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A proactive and professional attitude
Full clean UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience working with heat pump systems
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent
F-Gas or other relevant heating qualifications
