This is an opportunity to play a central role in the processing and publication of our students’ academic results; and to advise students on our Rules of Assessment and associated polices. We are looking for four full-time assistants with good organisational and communication skills; and the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.
Do you have a combination of good organisational, communication, and IT skills, with the ability to provide good customer service and respond to high volumes of enquires?
You will be supporting student assessment outcomes and communications during the peak of our Exam Board and results season, working closely with our specialist Assessment Team. You will provide the first point of contact for assessment queries from students, provide detailed outcome emails related to students results, and support other core administrative functions of the Exam Boards Team.
You will bring administrative experience and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with a wide range of people and teams. You will be highly organised and used to delivering to deadlines and be competent in using bespoke databases and record systems.
