Role Overview
As the Conference and Events Coordinator at Brentford FC, you will be responsible for planning and organising various events. These can range from corporate conferences, weddings, and trade shows to private parties. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the client’s vision is realised while managing logistics and timelines. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, product knowledge, and a proactive attitude to exceed client expectations
* Conduct client show rounds, tastings, and meetings to build strong relationships and understand requirements
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning within the contracted period for bookings and internal events
* Ensure all events are paid according to company terms and conditions
* Handle unexpected issues or emergencies during planning
* Manage confirmed bookings and coordinate information for handover to operational teams
* Provide high-level customer care, handling enquiries efficiently and effectively
* Stay informed on industry trends and apply insights to enhance customer experience
* Support sales inquiries and participate in team meetings and promotions
* Undertake other duties as required
